What exactly is Carebits?
Carebits is a service for monitoring the well-being of pregnancy based on cardiotocography (CTG) performed at home using a portable device, which is rented for the duration of the subscription. It is a completely safe method, ensuring the clinical quality of the examination, i.e. the one obtained in a hospital or office.
The service is addressed to singleton pregnant women after the 25th week.
What is a CTG test?
The CTG examination consists in analyzing the heart activity and movements of the fetus, as well as the contractions of the uterine muscle. This test allows you to detect conditions that threaten the child's health, such as hypoxia or abnormal heart action.
How does Carebits work?
Carebits is a fully telemedicine system. What does it mean? This means that the system is easy to use, and the test can be performed completely independently, without the help of medical personnel
